TRX TOTAL BODY BLAST AND CIRCUIT CLASSES
all TRX Total Body Blast and Circuit classes are weekly scheduled classes
that require sign-up ahead of time. these classes are on a first come,
first served basis.

**you must complete the TRX Beginner Session prior to participation in Total Body Blast or Circuit classes, or have previous TRX expererience**

child care is available monday through friday for our mid-morning classes.
our child care rate is $2 per child, per class.
