deb dushku

deb dushkudeb has led a lifetime of fitness including, working, competing, and teaching in the field.

she has been teaching a large variety of group fitness classes for over 18 years.  deb has held her AFAA Primary Group Exercise Instructor certification for more than 12 years and continues to achieve individual certifications.  some of these include Cardio Kickboxing, step aerobics, Silver Sneakers Senior Fitness, Mad Dogg SPINNING levels Star 1 and Star 2, Yogafit levels 1 and 2, AFAA’s Practical Pilates, Reebok Core Board, Bosu, and TRX Suspension Training.  she is also a seasoned personal trainer.

deb was a competitive bodybuilder with the ANBC (all natural bodybuilding conference) and has held local and national titles and placings.

deb is very passionate about volunteering and participates in several fund raising drives including the Tri-State Trek to benefit A.L.S..  she is also an avid lobbyist for animal rights and volunteers for local rescue groups.

victoria lynch

victoria lynchvictoria is passionate about teaching people to be healthy and fit.  it’s her life’s work.

she holds many certifications which include; AFAA Primary Group Exercise Instructor certification, HKC (Hardstyle Kettlebell Certified) Instructor certification, and Mad Dogg SPINNING certification.  victoria is a TRX Suspension Training group fitness instructor. she is a member in good standing with the ZIN (Zumba Instructor Network) and she has attended training workshops for Zumba Basics I and II, Zumba Gold, and Zumba Toning.

victoria is dedicated to her work and is continually striving to stay current on the latest happenings in the health and fitness industry, which she then brings to her clients.

as a working mother of two, victoria knows how busy life can be, and how easy it is to not set aside enough time to be fit and healthy.  she is committed to helping her members at f.i.t. to do just that.

joan evans

 
joan is extremely passionate about helping others. her goals are to make people feel comfortable and have fun while challenging themselves to become better!

while staying home to raise a family, joan acquired her Mad Dogg SPINNING certification in 2007, has been teaching Spinning classes ever since, and loves it!

joan holds various other athletic certifications including; Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) Group Exercise Instructor; American Red Cross Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications.

bree charbonneau

bree is excited to join the first in training team and is committed to helping her students turn their fitness goals into reality!

a stay at home mom of three girls, she believes in leading by example, teaching her girls to be well-rounded, healthy, and active with a “can-do attitude”.  bree enjoys spending time outdoors with her family sailing, cycling, and running.  bree is a long time f.i.t. member who passionately believes in the gym’s challenging but personal approach.

bree holds her certification as an AFAA Primary Group Exercise Instructor as well as CPR/AED.

bree aims to make her classes demanding, enthusiastic and fun and looks forward to helping her students reach their health and fitness goals.
