TRX Beginner Session will run every Tuesday evening 6:30pm-7:30PM for 5-weeks from February 3 to March 3; it is extremely important that you attend all 5 classes. there will be no make-up classes for absences.
TX is able to challenge the novice exerciser right next to the trained athlete without skipping a beat! it is an exciting and unique way to workout. it builds total body strength and flexibility at the same time, for people of all ages and all fitness levels!
TRX harnesses your own body-weight to create resistance as you train. constant movement and quick transitions keep your heart rate up to burn calories.
