delve into the correct way to develop a true interval ride for your students. aerobic, aerobic/anaerobic, anaerobic, as well as work-to-rest ratios will be discussed, then practiced. important information for instructors who teach the majority of their classes in this zone!

a great way to follow up the Interval Energy Zone workshop! if you have never implemented a Race Day ride, this course will help you to understand it’s importance, as well as give you the tools you need to ramp your members up in a calculated way!!
