delve into the correct way to develop a true interval ride for your students. aerobic, aerobic/anaerobic, anaerobic, as well as work-to-rest ratios will be discussed, then practiced.  important information for instructors who teach the majority of their classes in this zone!

a great way to follow up the Interval Energy Zone workshop!  if you have never implemented a Race Day ride, this course will help you to understand it’s importance, as well as give you the tools you need to ramp your members up in a calculated way!!

share your passion for Spinning by becoming a certified Spinning Instructor. the Spinning Instructor Orientation is a comprehensive workshop that will give you the tools you need to become a certified Spinning Instructor.  in the orientation, you’ll learn how to teach bike setup and safety, craft unforgettable class ride profiles, develop strong coaching skills, incorporate heart rate training, use techniques to enhance the mind/body connection and more!
